Carbon cartridges are a good choice for Taste and Odor. They can also remove large amounts of Chlorine from city water. It is common to see a Carbon Filter on most Refrigerator ice/water dispensers. They should be replaced at least every 6 months. Remember that Carbon is a natural breeding ground for bacteria. So, change your cartridges frequently and enjoy your great water.
