My RO (Reverse Osmosis drinking system) is starting to shut down

We get a lot of calls from existing customers saying “My RO is starting to shut down”. Well it turns out that is not really a big problem. It’s just time to have it serviced. Kinetico Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Systems (RO) have a built in shut off mechanism that activates after 500 gallons of drinking water have been removed from the system. As the system starts to shut down the water coming from the  RO faucet starts to slow down, to a trickle, and eventually off. This gives you some time to book a service call and have the unit maintained. So don’t worry if your RO starts to slow down. Just give us a call, and enjoy your great water!
